SUMMARY:YPG Mayoral Forum
DESCRIPTION:The Young Professionals Group of Cenla, in partnership with the Central Louisiana Regional Chamber of Commerce, Cenla Broadcasting, and KALB, will hold a live, televised forum for candidates running for the office of Mayor for the City of Alexandria at 6:00 PM on October 18, 2022, at the Coughlin-Saunders Performing Arts Center in downtown Alexandria. Representatives from Cenla Broadcasting and KALB will moderate the forum. In addition, a panel of media representatives will ask the candidates questions that can be submitted for vetting by local young professionals and questions of their own. Questions can be submitted below until October 1, 2022. The doors will open at 5:00 PM for the public, and the live event will start promptly at 6:00 PM with continued questioning after the broadcast ends at 7:00 PM.
